Introduction
Welcome to Hoppah.io. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Account Registration
To access certain features of our platform, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Services
Hoppah.io provides various API services for businesses, including but not limited to creating short URLs, generating QR codes, getting currency rates, sending OTP messages, and sending SMS messages. The services are provided on a subscription basis with different plans available.
User Conduct
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our platform:
- In any way that violates any applicable national, international, or local law or regulation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Hoppah.io, a Hoppah.io employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of our platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm Hoppah.io or users of our platform or expose them to liability.
Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hoppah.io or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Privacy

Subscription and Payment
Certain features of our platform require payment. By subscribing to these features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our services at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hoppah.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our platform.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our platform.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our platform by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hoppah.io, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your use of our platform or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Israel.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
