Refund Policy

Free Plan

Our services include a free plan, which users can use indefinitely. This plan is provided at no cost, and therefore, no refunds are applicable.

 

Monthly Subscription Plans

For our monthly subscription plans, we offer a prorated refund policy. If a user decides to cancel their subscription, they will be refunded for the remaining unused days until the end of the month. The refund will be calculated based on the number of days left in the month from the cancellation date.
Once the refund is issued, the user’s account will be closed, and they will no longer have access to the services provided under the paid plan.

Refund After Expiry

If the refund period has expired, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that this does not guarantee a refund, and users are encouraged to cancel their subscriptions within the refund period to ensure they receive their prorated refund.
